One account opens every exercise in the book.
Before you begin
Your answers are confidential. They are stored encrypted, we build your report from them, and you can come back to them later.
What we collect. Your name and email address. Your role and organization are optional, and no exercise depends on them.
What we do with it. We use your email to sign you in and to send your report. We use your answers to build that report. Your scores also join an anonymous pool that later readers are compared against, with nothing attached to you. No other reader ever sees your responses.
About other people. One exercise asks you to describe someone you work with. Describe the relationship and leave the person's name out. We never ask who you were thinking of, and nobody is contacted.
How long we keep it. There is no expiry date. Your account and your reports stay here, so they are waiting whenever you come back.
Removing it. You can remove yourself at any time, from your account or by writing to privacy@relational-insights.com. That takes your name and your email address off everything. Your answers stay in the anonymous pool that later readers are compared against, with nothing attached to them.
What these exercises are. Structured ways to record how you see yourself right now. They organize a development conversation. They are not psychometric tests, they are not clinical care, and no result here belongs in a decision about anyone's employment. More on this.
